Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

After you clean out and carve your pumpkins, what do you do with all the seeds inside? We like to roast them, and they taste so good we are lucky if they last for more than one day! There are many different methods for roasting pumpkin seeds, but here is the recipe we use. If you don't have time to roast your pumpkin seeds while you are carving, you can let them soak in a bowl of salt water in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Tasty!!
