Swan Craft Challenge

Here is a recent posting on my Family Crafts Forum from a visitor named Doreen. I thought it would be fun challenging all of you to come up with unique ideas:

"I have over a 100 porcelain swans that are approximately 3-inches by 4-inches with an opening in the top back. I need to make some type of fall or halloween theme type project using these swans. Any ideas?"
