I was at the craft store the other day and noticed they had a few bottles of Collage Pauge Instant Decoupage on the shelf. I read about it a couple of weeks ago and was anxious to try it so I grabbed a bottle. Have you tried this newer product yet? Collage Pauge is available in three different finishes --Glossy, Matte and special Sparkles. The store I went to did not have any of the sparkles version, which is the one I really wanted to try, so I ended up buying the glossy version. The folks at Duncan crafts claim that "this unique, acid-free formula will quickly become your favorite, since this formula has less odor and causes less visible brushstrokes than other decoupage products." It is supposed to be easy to use, it dries crystal clear and is water resistant. Now, for the hard part... What should I make?

Hey Sherri,
Maybe you could get some of those unfinished pumpkins and find some great fall paper to decoupage onto them. You are making me want to do that now. Have fun and thanks for the heads up on the new product. I want to find the sparkle finish myself.
What a great idea Kim!
Sherri,
Here’s a great video showcasing how to use Collage Pauge to create a personalized frame.

i just used the glossy version for a “serendipity collage” project and it worked nicely and didn’t give me the headache like other products do… GOOD STUFF!
