This Week's Spotlight Crafts (October 4th - 10th)
Saturday October 11, 2008
Well, I spent some time outside this week doing some raking, although it might have been a waste of time since some of our trees are still full of beautiful red leaves. I also spent some time crafting, how about you? Did you try to make any of this week's spotlight crafts?
- Make a Card - What better way to send best wishes and happy anything than by sending a home-made greeting card!?
- Eye Mask Template -
Print out this simple mask and color or decorate it for any occasion. Gather together all of your friends and family and have a mask making competition!
- Soda Pop Can Spider - Find out how you can easily create a unique spider using an aluminum pop can.
- Scrapbook of Accomplishments - It seemed a shame to keep paper treasures such as certificates, newspaper articles, and awards my kids have gotten through the years packed away in boxes where no one ever sees them, so I decided to make each one of my kids a special scrapbook.
- Toilet Paper Roll Pilgrim Hat Craft - You won't believe how easy it is to make this fun Thanksgiving place card holder that looks like a Pilgrim's hat.
- Magic Potion Jars - These magic potion jars are an easy craft project that everyone can enjoy. It is a fun Halloween craft or perfect for celebrating a wizard theme.
- Feather Face Pencil - Everyone will admire your pencils if you dress them up with feathers and wiggle eyes.
