This Week's Spotlight Crafts (November 22 - 28)

Saturday November 29, 2008
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, enjoy all of these creative projects shared this past week:
  • Grocery Bag Pumpkin - Donna shared this craft which shows you how to transform a handful of plastic grocery bags into a great pumpkin.

  • Paper Mache Volcano - Find out how you can create your own erupting volcano using paper mache techniques.

  • Clothespin Poinsettia - Check out this funky poinsettia! Follow these directions and you can make one using just a few simple supplies. These cool flowers can be made into ornaments by using ribbon or into decorative plant pokes using a dowel.

  • Necktie Purse or Wallet - Follow the directions provided here and discover how to transform an unwanted necktie into a small purse or wallet that is perfect for holding change, a cell phone, or an Ipod.

  • Santa Necklace - Follow these instructions to make a fun Christmas necklace using pom-poms, felt, and a bead.

  • Soda Pop Can Puppy - You can easily make a 'best friend' for every man, woman, and child you know; and these puppies don't even have to be house broken!

  • Daddy's Caddy - Find out how you can make this great tool caddy out of a coffee can. This would be a perfect gift for dad or any special guy.

Enjoy, and remember, if you complete any of these crafts, take a few moments to send me a picture and it can be featured here too!
