Make-It-Over Monday Craft Challenge

I just realized that last year at this time, we took a break from our Make-It-Over Monday fun. We did this because it is such a busy time for everyone that the submission rates for the challenges wee almost non-existant. The same holds true for this year. The current challenge has run for 2 weeks and I have not yet received one tin can craft.

This year, instead of taking a few weeks off, I will just keep bugging you for your recycling crafts. I hate to run a craft challenge for more than 2 weeks, but I would also hate for you to miss an opportunity to submit your tin can crafts.

What can you create using one or more simple tin cans?

You can share your simple ideas and tips using the comments feature on this blog post, but to get your project possibly featured in the next Make-It-Over Monday blog post, please submit it using this simple form. If you make the project you are submitting, take a picture of it and submit the photo. Some of the submitted ideas will be shared in the next Make-It-Over Monday blog post. Preference will be given to those projects that are submitted with photos. You can look through projects submitted for past challenges if you want some inspiration.

If you have questions or comments about this craft challenge, use the comment feature below. Suggestions regarding this feature? Again, use the comments feature to post your suggestions; and, thanks for playing along. If you want a reminder when Make-It-Over challenges are posted, sign up for the Family Crafts newsletter.

I would like to “officially” end this challenge next Monday, but that will depend on how many submissions I get. I do, however, accept projects using past make-it-over craft challenge items all of the time!
