Have you ever heard someone talk about altered art and wonder what it is? Although when it comes to arts and crafts, different people will define different processes and projects in different ways, making altered art is really just a very creative way to recycle.

Technically an altered art masterpiece is created by starting out with an ordinary household item like an old book, suitcase, or cookie tin and turning it into a unique work of art using ephemera and found objects.
