A fun way to count down the days until Christmas. Make an advent collage with these printable templates and magazine pictures.

  • Age Guideline: 2 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 30 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Materials:

Instructions:
Simply print out either the Christmas stocking or gift picture from the templates below and color it if you like. Go through magazines, catalogs, and newspaper ads and find small pictures of items you want for Christmas and cut them out.

Starting on December 1st, glue one of your pictures onto the stocking or gift. Glue on one a day until Christmas eve; leave your stocking or gift advent picture out for Santa to see when he comes!

Of course, if you prefer, you can just find pictures of gifts you want and glue them all on at the same time and then hang it up for all to see.
