Film Container Parachute

Instructions for making a parachute using an empty film container, shared by MCWARD68.

Materials Needed:

  • Film Container
  • Lightweight Fabric or Plastic Bags
  • String

Instructions:
Cut a 10" x 10" piece or what ever size you want out of the piece of fabric or plastic bag. Tie a piece of string to each corner of the fabric or plastic bag. If you To add a bit of weight, place a couple of small rocks in the container. Put the loose ends of the string in the container and then snap on the cap. Fold your parachute in half and then roll it down to the film container and give it a try. Throw it up in the air and have fun. (I am in Okinawa Japan. I learned this from the Okinawans.)
