Wear a white sweat suit. Make a Dog Ear Headband to wear. Cut different sized circles out of black felt. Use tacky glue to attach your spots all over your sweat suit. Use felt or even construction paper and cut out a short tail; use a safety pin and attach it to the back of your sweat pants. Use black eye liner or face paint and make yourself a black nose.
