American Flag Costume

Jane explains how you can use a sweat suit to make an easy American Flag costume.

First, you need a navy blue sweat shirt and red sweat pants. Cut stars out of white contact paper and stick to the shirt, and use white tape to make stripes down the pant legs. Simple!
