Find yourself a large cardboard box. Cut out 2 circles, making them as big as you can. Decorate one side of one of the pieces of cardboard using some of the ideas used in the Pizza Collage Craft. Leave the other piece of cardboard plain to be the pizza crust. Punch 2 holes along one edge of each of the cardboard circles the same distance apart, and thread some thin elastic through the holes to attach the two cardboard circles together. Leave a big enough opening between the 2 pieces of cardboard so you can slip your pizza over your head. The elastic should rest on your shoulders. Tie a knot in the elastic to secure.
