How to Make a Fast and Easy Fireworks Picture

Instructions for making a 3-D fireworks picture using glue and glitter.

  • Age Guideline: 3 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 20 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

This is an easy craft idea! Squeeze the glue from the bottle onto the paper. Be generous with the glue, making thick lines. Try to make firework(starburst-type) designs.

After you make the designs with the glue, sprinkle the glitter onto the glue to make your fireworks sparkle. Shake off any extra glue and set your fireworks picture aside to let it dry.

You can also use a paint brush or q-tip to "paint" on your design and then add the glitter. For a little more 'pop', make your fireworks design using yarn dipped in glue.
