Materials Needed:
- Large White or Blue Paper
- White or Blue Paint
- Hanukkah Shaped Cookie Cutters or Sponges
Instructions:
Dip the cookie cutters or sponges into paint and press them on the paper to make designs. Use blue paint on white paper or white paint on blue paper.
