Materials Needed:
- Chenille Stems
- 5 - 6 Paper Cupcake Pan Liners
Instructions:
Roll down the top of your chenille stem about 2-inches to make a small ball at one end. Stick the other end of the chenille stem through the top of one of the cupcake pan liners. Pull the cupcake pan liner all the way up to the small ball you made in the chenille stem. Repeat this until you have about 5-6 baking cups on your chenille stem.
Shape the cupcake pan liners until you are happy with the way they look. Wah Lah - That is it!
