| Egg Knocking Game | |
Materials Needed:
At the churchyards in Cajun Country, Louisiana on Easter, people boil eggs in vinegar for a long time to make the shell tougher to compete. At home, after dinner, we just use regular boiled colored Easter Eggs. They stay fresh even when cracked in the refrigerator.
Instructions:
Hold egg with hand circling as close as possible. Try to cover entire egg except tip end or back end. Tap your egg with someone else who has the same end up until one breaks. That person is the winner and challenges all others until only one egg end is left unbroken. This is the "Grand Egg Knocker Champ".
