Celebrate the first space vehicle - launched on October 4th in 1957. Find ideas for crafts, games, and other activities.

Crafts to Make:

Use a star shaped cookie cutter to make prints with paint.
Make your very own Flying Saucer out of paper plates!
Make martian faces by coloring paper plates.
Color paper plates to be planets, give them names!
Make a collage using star and circle shapes.
