By Sherri Osborn, About.com

'Tis the season to make lots of fun crafts, and this book will help you make your Christmas tree sparkle and glow! There are many creative projects shared in this book. Each well explained and illustrated so everyone can easily make them.
Don't worry if you don't have a drawer full of various craft supplies. This book gives you creative ideas to use items you most likely have laying around your house. Many of the supplies used in the projects in this book would normally end up in a landfill!

This book provides detailed directions and color illustrations to help you complete any of the projects you choose. With 30 wonderful projects shared in this book, choosing which ones to do will be the hardest part. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if you wanted to try them all.

You can make these ornaments to decorate your own Christmas tree or many of them would make special gifts for your family, friends or teachers. I am sure grandma and grandpa would love to receive a Photo Locket Ornament or Handprint Reindeer ornament from one of their favorite grandkids. You can make a Reindeer Treat Holder ornament for your teacher and fill it with a few special treats. There are many possibilities here.

This book provides many interesting and fun projects that will keep you busy until Christmas and beyond. Kathy Ross uses her experience as a teacher and preschool director to give great, simple instructions for these ornament crafts. Because of that, most kids should be able to complete them with little or no adult help.
