Santa Mask
Create a Santa Claus mask using a paper plate.

Materials Needed:

  • Paper Plates
  • Crayons or Markers
  • Paper
  • Cotton Balls
  • Yarn
  • Glue
Instructions:
Hold the paper plate up to your face and have someone make dots where your eyes are. Cut out small holes around the dots so you can see out of your mask. Draw a face in the center on the back side of the paper plate. Start by drawing the eyes where your eye holes are.

Print out the Santa's hat pattern below and color it; or, use the pattern below to cut Santa's hat out of red and white construction paper. Glue the hat onto the top edge of the paper plate, just above the eyes.

For Santa's hair, beard, and mustache, glue cotton balls around the edge of your paper plate. Let the glue dry completely.

Use a scissors or hole punch and make 2 small holes on the edge of your paper plate mask where your ears will be. Cut 2 pieces of yarn about 2 feet long. Slip one end of a piece of yarn through the hole you punched and tie it into a knot. Repeat with the other piece of yarn. Use the yarn to tie the mask onto your face.
