Thanksgiving Napkin Rings

Materials Needed:

• Cardboard Toilet Tissue or Paper Towel Roll
• Fall Colored Scrap Fabric
• Fun Foam or Thick Felt
• Glue

Instructions:
Easy! Cut the cardboard rolls into 1-2 inch thick rings. Cut a piece of fabric that will fit over a cardboard ring and glue it on. You will want it to conpletely cover the ring leaving enough extra to tuck inside and glue.

Cut out Pilgrim hat shapes using the Fun Foam or thick felt:

Girl's Hat:
The girls hat can be cut in two pieces using white fun foam or felt (one piece being the brim and the other piece can be the part of the hat that fits around the head). This will add a little more of a 3D effect. You can also use a piece of white yarn to add a tie at the bottom of the brim. Glue the hat onto the side of the cardboard roll. You can print out this graphic to trace if you like!

Boy's Hat:
Print out the boys hat graphic below to trace if you like! Cut the main part of the hat out of black fun foam or felt. Cut the belt out of white fun foam or felt, and use yellow for the buckle. Glue the hat onto the side of the cardboard roll.
