Foot and Hand Turkey Craft

By Sherri Osborn, About.com

Make a turkey using paint, a hand print, and a foot print.

Materials Needed:

  • Construction Paper
  • Markers or Crayons
  • Glue

Instructions:
Set a shoe on a piece of brown paper and trace. Trace your hand on a different color of paper (which ever color you want your turkey feathers to be). Cut both tracings out.

Glue your hand shape on the back of your foot shape. You want the bottom part of the palm of your hand shape to be close to the toe part of your shoe shape. Your foot print will now be the turkey's body and the hand print is it's tail feathers!

Use scraps of construction paper to cut out a beak and waddle (the red part that hangs below the beak). Draw on eyes or cut eyes out of construction paper. Glue on.
