"These Snowman and Angel boxes were made using a box maker scoring board. The Snowman was stamped onto cardstock, painted with watercolor paints and highlighted with glitter. I use 'Stickles' glitter glue as it is fine and gives a fab effect. My favorite is Diamond Stickles and it looks great over any color. I matted the Snowman onto coordinating cardstock and over a layer of silver mesh. The greeting is printed from the computer using free downloaded fonts from the internet. I print my greetings onto card and mat and layer also.
I mounted the greetings using foam pads. I like the raised effect on cards.
The Angel box is also stamped, glittered as before and matted onto cardstock. I use elastic thread to seal the boxes and it makes a good place to fix the label also. I sell a lot of these boxes to friends as gift voucher boxes and make co-ordinating cards to go inside the box that hold vouchers and money."
