Christmas Frame Decoration Craft Photo

"Last year in a great florist shop I saw a fabulous picture, it was $300.00 and there was no way I was going to pay that for a picture. It was a large painted frame with just glass in the frame but they had glued all kinds of balls and fabric ornaments onto the glass to make it 3-D. I bought a damaged framed picture at Big Lots (talked them down to $10.00 from the original $39.95), removed the picture leaving only the glass in place, painted the frame red and added garland to the inside edge between the glass and frame. Then I hot glued a giant tub of plastic ornaments from Wal-Mart in the middle and some metal reindeer ornaments to the frame giving it my own flair. This hangs over my fireplace and everyone loves it. I probably have about $50.00 tops in the picture. What a deal and it looks much nicer than the one in the store!
