Make a sign that says "Babe Magnet" or "Chick Magnet" (whichever you prefer), and pin it to your shirt.

Now, simply sew several small dolls (look at dollar stores!) all over the clothes.

Of course, this costume idea works best for a male; for a female you could make a sign that says "Boy Toy" or something similar.
