Cut a "dickie" out of an adult size white turtleneck shirt.
Iron the Stitch Witchery on the underside of the yoke (2 semi circle shapes).
Hand stitch the yoke onto the black tshirt (if you are using a black shirt that you'll never reuse after Halloween, go ahead and use double sided stitch witchery and skip having to hand stitch it).
From white craft foam cut out the DP initials... paint with glow in the dark crafters paint.
Hand stitch the DP initials on the shirt or again if this shirt will not be reused after Halloween, use dots of hot melt glue to affix the initials to the black shirt.
Make boot (shoe covers) from stiff white felt... each boot is constructed of 3 pieces - 2 sides and one strip that runs down the middle. Be sure to allow for seams and the entire diameter of the shoe your child will be wearing that night. Make it a little big, you can always make it smaller.
Add white gloves, white spiking hair glue & white hair spraypaint and you're done!
"I really loved working with the clear nylon thread because the day after Halloween, I unstitched everything in a snap and now he's got a brand new plain black tshirt for the school year.... I didn't glue or iron on anything to the actual shirt because I intended to reuse the shirt after the holiday."
