My sister made up this pumpkin craft.

Get a piece of material. You can use just orange but we did one in orange and yellow checks and it was really cute.

Trace around a dinner plate on the material. Cut it out. Baste thread around edge of circle. Draw into a 'pouch' . fill with fiberfill and draw closed. Cut top shape (Kind of a jagged circle) out of green felt and hot glue on top. Glue stem on top (we have used pieces of pipecleaner and twigs for the stem.)

I also made one out of orange netting and filled with an orange colored potpourri. Of course you can make these bigger or smaller by changing the size of your circle.

Quick and easy tip - if you want a jack-o-lantern just use fabric paints.
