Materials Needed:
- Thing 1 shirt
- Thing 2 shirt
- Permanent Marker
- Blank Red Shirt
- Jeans or Red Pants
- White Face Paint
- Blue Wig
- Scissors
- Sewing Machine
Instructions:
Start out by cutting the circles on the Thing 1 and Thing 2 shirts out. Cut the circles in have, or as close to in half as you can get making sure you can see keep both the 1 and the 2. Sew the half circles with the numbers on them together. Now sew the circle onto the blank red t-shirt. If you like, you can also write the number "1" and the number "2" on each leg. Make sure you write the number on the same side as the number on the shirt will be.
To dress up, put on the shirt and the pants. Paint your face white and put on the blue wig!
Note from Sherri: If you can't find a Thing 1 and Thing 2 Shirt to cut apart, use the picture here as an example and create your own Thing 1 and Thing 2 circle using a permanent marker and a piece of scrap, white fabric. You can then sew the circle onto the shirt or you can use fusible web to attach it to the shirt.
