"I made the hat and pants from a Simplicity pattern, very basic, very easy. I had the blue dress on hand and instead of making an apron, I had the white dress in her outgrown baby clothes box. Just couldn't button the neck, but didn't cause a problem. Found the cane for two dollars in a party store and added a ribbon to it. And she wore her white party shoes.
