Popeye, Olive Oyl and Sweet Pea Costume

"Ahh ak ak ak ak ak! With the birth of our daughter we wanted to do something special this Halloween. Popeye's costume is a made with a blue t-shirt with sewn on red felt collar and yellow buttons. Hat and corn pipe store bought. For Olive Oyl's outfit I purchased a red long sleeve shirt and added lace to the collar and wrists. I used my sewing machine to sew on the wide white ribbon to the bottom of the black skirt. For little Swee' Pea's outfit I purchased a red Onsie and handmade the sack-shaped bottom by sewing red flannel and putting in an elastic waist." ~ Janelle
