"I made this Cindy Lou Who costume for my six year old daughter, Sierra last year. The hair is a faux hair piece held up with coat hanger wire, blended in with her actual hair. I glued pom poms and fur to the cape. I also bought red and green ribbon and made a Grinch face with femo clay to glue in the center of the bow.
