"I made this costume out of clothes she had in the house and old curtains. The cumber bun is part of an old curtain panel, the skirt is two old shower curtains, the jacket was made from an old curtain panel as well. Scarlet would have been so proud! Sewed a lot of flowers here and there, twisted some sparkle ribbon over a silk tulip and let the ends of the ribbon hang down for the wand and POOF she was fairy" ~ Terri
