Tin Can Fence Protector

Mare explains, "We stay busy enough around our horse farm without having to replace fence posts often. So, we cap each post by fitting a tin can over the top of post and securing it with a nail. This stops rain water from soaking down through the post. A tin can will also stop wood chewers!"

From Sherri: You could easily put your crafting skills to work on these fence post protectors by personalizing them. Have every member of the family design their own!
