The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.
Materials Needed:
- Craft Stick
- Paint
- Chenille Stem
- Wiggle Eyes
- Tiny, Red Pom-pom
- Ribbon
- Craft Glue
- Paint Brush
- Scissors
Instructions:
Paint the craft stick brown (this is optional). Let dry completely.
Cut a piece of ribbon about 10-inches long and tie the ends together to form a circle. Glue it to the top, back of the craft stick. This will be the hanger for your ornament.
Cut the pipe cleaner in half; fold it into a V shape. Glue it just below where you glued the ribbon. (You can leave the pipe cleaner whole and fold it to look like your antlers have a few points.)
Glue the wiggle eyes and pom-pom nose on the opposite side of the craft as the pipe cleaner and ribbon. You can draw a mouth if you like. You can also add a little bow like I did!
