Follow the directions provided here and discover how to transform an unwanted necktie into a small purse or wallet that is perfect for holding change, a cell phone, or an Ipod. This is a great way to recycle and would make a fun gift to give to anyone you know. It can be modified to suit a male or female of all ages.
