Edible Easter Basket Cup

Easter Cup
A recipe to make tasty, edible easter basket using ice cream.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
  • Softened Vanilla, Lemon, or Coconut Ice Cream
  • Vanilla Cookie Crumbs
  • Green Tinted Coconut
  • Jelly Beans
Preparation:
Fill a 9 ounce plastic cup about 3/4 of the way full with the softened ice cream. Top with about 1/4 inch of vanilla cookie crumbs. Top with green tinted coconut "grass" and jelly beans for an edible Easter basket!
