PREPARATION:Spread the chocolate frosting on the flat side of each cookie. Cut a piece of licorice into 6 pieces about 2 inches long. Stick the licorice on the frosting on one of the cookies so they look like cat whiskers sticking out (figure 1) and then put the other cookie, frosting side down on top of it to hold the "whiskers" in place (figure 2). Using the frosting as your "glue", add 2 candy corn ears, green sprinkle eyes, and a chocolate chip as the nose.
