- Age Guideline: 8 Years and Up
- Time Required: Varies (Does not include drying time)
The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.
Materials Needed:
- Facial Tissue
- Decoupage Medium
- Paint Brush (you want the bristles to be straight across, now tapered at an angle)
- Object to Decoupage
Instructions:
For this project, you want to use inexpensive facial tissue. The fancier "super soft" or treated varieties won't work.
Carefully separate the layers of the facial tissue. Place the tissue over the area to be decoupaged. Starting at the middle of the tissue, use the paint brush to dab on the decoupage medium.
Work in a circular fashion until the tissue is saturated with decoupage medium. The tissue will pucker here and there, which is the desired effect.
