Decoupage Fabric Wall Hanging

The size you want to cut your fabric to will depend on the size of the canvas you have. You will want your fabric to be about 2-inches larger on each side than the canvas you are using. For example, for my 5" x 7" canvas, I cut my fabric roughly 9" x 11".

You use a ruler to measure out your fabric and then cut it. You can also lay your fabric, right side down, on your work surface. Center your stretched canvas, face down, centered on your fabric and then trim it.
