The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.
Materials Needed:
- Construction Paper
- Cellophane Tape
- Crayons or Markers
- Drink Bottle
Instructions:
Fill the bottle full of water. Make a cover out of paper by taping it around the bottle. Decorate the paper using crayons or markers.
If you want to lift weights a little and don't want to spend that much money, then you can use this idea. You can also change the amount of weight you will be lifting but increasing or decreasing the amount of water in the bottle.
