To finish making your duct tape sheet, flip over your duct tape covered piece of paper. Cut a piece of duct tape about 11-inches long and lay it across the side edge of the piece of paper. These piece of duct tape are running the opposite direction as the ones in the first step. If you prefer, you can make them run the same direction. Because you have the paper base, this will not effect the stability of the duct tape sheet.
Cut a second piece of duct tape about 11-inches long and lay it on the paper, slightly overlapping the first piece of tape. Continue this until the entire piece of paper is covered with duct tape.
