You can make these decorative pots in a variety of colors and sizes and use them not only for planting but also to gather small items on a dresser, to hold cooking utensils, or to organize your office supplies.

  • Age Guideline: 5 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 20 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Materials Needed:

Instructions:
Start out by painting the entire clay pot. Once the paint dries, you can glue buttons all over the pot so they look like polka dots. Let the glue dry.

You do not have to have a saucer for this craft; however, if you have one, you should paint and decorate it too. Not only can a saucer be used under the pot, but you can also use it upside down as a lid for the pot.

I hope you enjoy this craft project. If you make this craft, make sure you send in a photo so it can be posted here. You can also get your own crafts published.
