Draw a tie shape onto the paper side of the fusible web. Trim around the tie pattern, staying about 1" outside of the line.
Find a piece of scrap fabric big enough to fit your tie pattern. Choose a piece of fabric that is suitable for the recipient. For example, if the recipient like sports, try to find fabric that features baseballs or baseballs. If the recipient is likes fishing, try to find fabric featuring fish, boats, or fishing poles.
Using the directions that came with your fusible web, iron your tie pattern to the wring side of the piece of fabric. Let it cool. Cut out the tie on the line you drew previously.
Remove the paper backing from your tie fabric. Iron the fusible web backed tie onto the t-shirt, near the neckline. Let it cool.
Your necktie t-shirt is now done and ready to be given away or worn. If you would like to personalize the t-shirt further, use fabric paint or markers to write a special message.
