Catherine's Christmas Card
Home-Made Christmas Card

By , About.com Guide

Catherine shares how she made her stamped Santa card.

Materials Needed:

  • Stampin' Up stamps - Snowflake and Christmas Designs
  • Stipple brush
  • Ink
  • Glue dots
  • Coordinating colored paper
  • Pattern scissors

Instructions:
Lightly attack your background paper with an ink loaded stipple brush, using an up and down motion as opposed to a brush stroke. This will give your card a splattered look. Next, decorate your paper using a snowflake stamp pressed randomly over the page.

Stamp another Christmas design on a coordinating sheet of paper. Use your pattern scissors to cut out the stamped image. Use glue dots to attach the image you cut out to the snowflake background. Repeat this technique on the inside of the card.
