I made this card using plain cardstock, fancy paper, flower stickers, and rub-on 'Celebrate'.
I started with a blank, pink piece of cardstock folded into a card. I cut a blue piece of paper with Congratulations printed on it to fit the front on the card and glued it in place using Zip Dry Glue.
I then cut a strip from light blue cardstock and glued it on as shown in the picture. I used a clear sticker that said "Celebrate" and then embelleshed the band with 3D pink flower stickers.
