Here is our 'crashed' witch (use a witch costume, hat, and broom attached to the side of a 4 x 4 or tree to make it look like the witch crashed into the tree). We put pieces of lathe inside the arms and legs to make them stick straight out. In this photo, we attached her to a 4' x 4', but it looks even better attached to the side of a tree. We held everyting on place using heavy duty staples.
