To make this trick-or-treat bag I cut a large circle out of white felt to be the moon. I cut small stars out of yellow felt and a fence out of brown felt. I used this cat coloring page as a pattern and cut the cat out of black felt. I used craft glue to add all of the felt pieces to the trick-or-treat bag!
