Felt Trick-or-Treat Bag Pattern

Lay the bag on it's side. At the top edge of the bag, measure in 2" from each seam. Mark these spots with a straight pin. Line up the outside edge of one end of a handle with the straight pin. Hold the end of the handle so it lines up with the top edge of the purse and pin in place. Pin the other end of the handle in place using this same method. Make sure the side of the handle with the sea is facing up at this point.

Repeat this on the other side of the bag for the other handle.

Using a 1/2" seam allowance, stitch around the top edge of the bag to secure the handles in place.
