How to Make Your Own

The other day I was at a craft store and saw a display for kits you can purchase and use to make cute trick-or-treat buckets. These buckets were adorable, but the price tag seemed to be a little too much for me. As most crafters do, I figured I could make my own Halloween buckets using items I already had in my craft cupboard.

Some of the items I used were:

When it comes to figuring out what to make, why not design a bucket that matches your costume. I made the parrot bucket to match a pirate costume. Another fun idea is to use pumpkin carving patterns as inspiration or even as stencils!

Of course, you can use anything you like for crafintg supplies and for inspiration. Be creative and check out the buckets I made....
