Follow these directions and you can make a miniature ice cream cone using felt and pom-poms. This fun ice cream cone can be an ornament, necklace, or even a bracelet.

  • Age Guideline: 6 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 10 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Materials Needed:

Instructions:
Cut a triangle shape out of tan felt. Make the point flat and the long edge slightly rounded. Roll the felt triangle into a cone and glue the 2 sides together. Trim if needed.

Cut a piece of ribbon about 8-inches long to make an ornament or bracelet or about 16-inches long to make an ice cream necklace. Glue both ends of the ribbon just inside the ice cream cone on the side that you glued together. Glue the pom-pom on top of the ice cream cone.

Let the glue dry and enjoy!
