Mummy Treat Roll Craft

Mummy Treat Roll Craft

Submitted by Pamw065
Pamw065 was inspired to create her own unique version of a craft she had seen else where. Find out how she turned a toilet paper roll into a Halloween party popper - treat holder that looks like a mummy.

  • Age Guideline: 6 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 30 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Materials Needed:

Instructions:
Pamw065 didn't mention painting the toilet paper rolls, but if yours are not white you may want to paint them first!

Start out by placing a few small treats inside the toilet paper roll. (Pamw065 used stickers and candy.). Wrap toilet paper tube, end to end, with white crepe paper, wrapping about three times around. This should cover the open ends so the treats stay inside.

Glue on the wiggle eyes. Wrap crepe paper around the tube to look like a mummy (you may need to fold the crepe paper in half to get started). Glue the end to hold in place.
